Double Side Tie for Clad-Steel – DST/CF is used for mooring SteelAluminum and Steel-Zinc cables laterally on the pin insulator, in the construction of double crossarms in rural electrification, with much greater efficiency than conventional moorings. Easy installation and manual application, no tools required. It receives abrasive material in its inner part, for a better grip on the cable. Accompanied by two elastomer pads, one for each loop, which must be applied on the Steel-Aluminum and Steel-Zinc cables to avoid abrasion damage.
