Line Guards – ILG is used to mechanically protect ACSR/AAC-AAAC cables at the suspension points in light lines, derivation, and mooring points on insulators, when preformed loops are not used. Distributes efforts without causing localized tensions, preserves cable integrity without deforming it, has manual installation. It consists of a group of unglued rods and without the presence of abrasives.
