Double Distribution-Grip Dead-End – DDE/DC / DDE/DF / DDE/DK is used for anchoring/heading bare aluminum ACSR/AAC cables at mechanical endpoints, in the primary of distribution networks, when using two pin insulators in double crossarm structures, it promotes safer mooring than manual mooring. Easy installation and manual application do not require specialized labor or use of tools. It receives abrasive material in its inner part, for greater grip on the conductor. Consisting of two parts, a larger strap applied over the first insulator and over the conductor, and a smaller strap applied over the second insulator and over the legs of the larger strap.
