Guy-Strand Splice – SSS is used to splice and restore the mechanical properties of steel cords (EHS/HS/SM). Easy installation and application by hand, no tools required. Each item consists of two or three subsets of grouped rods that, after installed, the cord is fully coated. Field inspection to verify the general condition of the spliced strand can be carried out by removing one or two rods.
